The Junior Suite with Balcony offers stunning views and a lovely area to relax. Unfortunately, the walk to the city center felt longer than expected.

Found a few issues that were hard to ignore. The room lacked basic amenities like an iron and proper instructions for hotel facilities, such as the tour desk on the fifth floor. Additionally, there was no milk or proper spoons for the tea and coffee offered, which felt a bit lacking for a comfortable stay.

i’m shocked at the lack of consideration here. the iron, a mere travel version, was useless. also, the owner’s rude demeanor made me feel unwelcomed. i could have been treated like royalty, yet i was given only a mediocre stay. good luck if you want amenities as expected. overall, i nearly gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Bright views from our Junior Suite with Balcony captivated me every morning. The terrace was perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in the mountain scenery. The room maintained a high level of cleanliness, which I appreciated. However, I faced issues with the shower. It didn't close properly and water spilled everywhere, which was frustrating as I couldn't get immediate help when I needed it. Communication with the owner left much to be desired, often feeling dictatorial rather than accommodating. Housekeeper Irina was a gem amidst all this, her kindness shone through despite the language barrier. The breakfast was lacking variety, which didn't meet my expectations for the price. Overall, I enjoyed the peacefulness of our location, but several factors dampened the experience.

Hot water in the showers could be unreliable!!! Communication from the owner often felt defensive and unhelpful!!! The terrace was misleadingly small compared to online photos, making it less enjoyable!!!

staying at b&b lorena suites was fantastic! the junior suite with balcony was spacious, and the nearby cafe lattia served amazing breakfast. it took just a 20-minute walk to reach the duomo, making it super convenient too. also, the cleaning lady was so friendly and helpful!

Staying at B&B Lorena Suites was a delightful experience. The secure environment made me feel safe, and the apartment's bright decor added a refreshing touch. I particularly enjoyed my spacious room with a lovely balcony for relaxing evenings.

Spacious room for the family with two kids. clean beds and a great location near markets and bus stops. Loved how everything was within walking distance.
